Testimonials:
Kathryn Spicer and Flynn
Flynn was
a Border Collie, aged 8 his first visit was on 1st April, 1999. His
vet had diagnosed arthritis. However, after xrays were done in May,
1999 and analysed by an orthopaedic vet, it was found that he had severe
Chronic Tendonitis. The specialist advised that this condition was common
for working dogs and those that did agility trials. The symptoms were
hot lumpy calcium growths on the inside of both rear legs just above
the ankles. The result of this condition was that the calcium would
integrate into the tendons and weaken them, causing them to snap. If
this happened, there would be no surgical remedy. Flynn competed in
dog agility as well as obedience competitions. He was retired immediately
from the agility.
The homoeopathic
treatment involved a constitutional remedy based on personality and
all physical problems, plus individual remedies for his chronic tendonitis,
which were based on daily doses. I saw Flynn on a monthly basis, changing
the treatment as needed. There were improvements in his walking and
sitting and overall well-being almost immediately. The heat ceased in
the lumps, as well as the curtailment of further growth. Measurements
were taken from the 20th October, 1999.
Following
are four measurements to show Flynn`s progress:
- 20/10/99
Left 14cm Right 13cm
- 15/12/99
Left 13.8cm Right 12.8cm
- 21/3/00
Left 13.5cm Right 12.5cm
- 2/8/00
Left 13cm Right 12cm
What is quite
amazing is that there was no treatment given after June 00 as Flynn
was diagnosed with cancer, yet the lumps kept reducing. He died in October
00. This successful treatment did the following: stopped the heat, stopped
the growth, and reduced each side by 1 cm over a 10month period.
